   This element covers structure, fit, delegation, development, and the regular one-on-one conversations that keep people growing. It is the most important element for most organizations.

   Indicators

   Are we measuring what matters?

   Most organizations measure activity. This element builds a weekly metrics rhythm that gives your leadership team a real-time picture of organizational health.

   Strategy

   Do we know where we are going?

   Direction is a specific, shared, honest picture of where you are, who you are, and where you are going. This element builds and maintains that picture at every planning interval.

6. M

   Momentum

   Are we executing with discipline?

   Good strategy requires disciplined execution. This element builds the meeting structure, priority system, issue resolution process, and process documentation your organization needs to follow through.

A PRISM Practitioner guides your organization through four stages: the Clarity Day, the Foundation Day, the Activation Day, and the PRISM Rhythm. Most organizations are in the full rhythm within ninety days.
